1. Initial Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation with Motorbike Expedition. This deposit is part of our commitment to ensuring that all participants are equally committed to their adventure with us.

2. Final Payment: The remainder of the tour cost (70%) must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour’s scheduled start date. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the initial booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the costs of preparing for your scheduled tour, including reservations, equipment, and staffing.

2. Cancellation by Participant:
– If a participant cancels the booking more than 14 days before the tour’s scheduled start date, only the initial deposit is forfeited.
– If a participant cancels within 14 days of the tour start date, no refund will be available as the full tour cost will have already been paid.

3. Cancellation by Motorbike Expedition: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, political unrest), participants will have the option to reschedule to another tour date or receive a full refund, including the initial deposit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, although changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
