Payment & Refund Policy for Motorbike Expedition

At Motorbike Expedition, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our adventurers. We understand that plans can change, which is why we’ve established a clear and straightforward refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our practices regarding booking cancellations and refunds.
Booking and Payment
1. Initial Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation with Motorbike Expedition. This deposit is part of our commitment to ensuring that all participants are equally committed to their adventure with us.
2. Final Payment: The remainder of the tour cost (70%) must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour’s scheduled start date. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. Cancellation by Participant:
Booking Amount: A 30% booking amount is required. If a cancellation is made, 50% of this booking amount will be refunded.
Full Payment: If the full amount is paid, cancellations made more than one month before the departure date will receive a 70% refund, with 30% deducted from the total cost.
Last-Minute Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within one month of the departure date, no refund will be provided. However, we may offer a date shift if possible; otherwise, the booking is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Motorbike Expedition:
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, political unrest), participants will have the option to reschedule to another tour date or receive a full refund, including the initial deposit.
Modifications
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, although changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

- Eligibility: This giveaway is open once the expedition is fully booked. The additional slot will be announced after all standard slots are filled.
- Booking and Payment: Riders must complete their booking and payment to be eligible. The booking amount is non-refundable, even if the rider wins the giveaway.
- Exclusions: The giveaway covers the base trip only. Additional costs, such as motorbike upgrades, single room supplements, insurance, or any other excluded items not included in the trip inclusions, are not covered.
- Non-Transferable: The giveaway is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or other services.
